PERSONAL PROFILE
I was born in Cleveland, Ohio, USA (Heritage: Hellenic). I embrace the holistic or cross-disciplinary practice of architecture, incorporating the inputs of technology, ecology and the social sciences. I am highly interested in the twilight zone, where a seemingly ordinary or insignificant project becomes avant-garde (Furthermore, in what I define as marginal art). My work combines the theoretical and very pragmatic aspects of architecture. I am highly experienced in a wide typology of architectural projects, be it in new construction or renovation, including passive solar structures. Laconically, I am a noted architect, an experienced academic teacher, and a creative researcher.
